Charles Edward Billak, age 75, passed peacefully at his home in Warrenton, VA on Thursday, March 28, 2013. He was born on June 16, 1937 in Ronco, PA. Mr. Billak retired as principal of W.T. Woodson High School after 32 years with the Fairfax County School System. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, Mt. Carmel Masonic Lodge and the Kena Schriners of Fairfax, VA.
He is survived by his wife Marlene E. Billak of Warrenton, VA; children Charles Scott Billak and his wife Anne of Oakton, VA, Kristen Marie Dean and her husband Tim of Rixeyville, VA, John Jeffrey Billak and his Fiancee Bonnie of Warrenton, VA and Todd Eric Billak and his wife Tamela of Annandale, VA; brother Robert Billak of Fairfax, VA and 9 grandchildren.
Friends may call at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA 20186, from 2 to 4 pm, with a Masonic service beginning at 3:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 4, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church, 6903 Blantyre Road, Warrenton, VA 20187 at 2 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2013. Interment private. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1095, Warrenton, VA 20188.
