Donald Lee Bostic, age 77, a resident of Goldvein, Virginia passed away
on October 5, 2017. He was a retired station manager for The Metro and
had worked for many years. He is predeceased by his parents: Cecil Andrew
and Agnes Vineta Bostic; three sons: Wetzel Andrew, Richard Dean and
Michael David Bostic; one brother, Cecil Bostic, Jr. and a sister, Faye Farren.
He is survived by his wife, Saundra Walkup Bostic of Goldvein, VA; son,
Donald L. Bostic, Jr and his wife Sarah of Sunset, LA; two daughters,
Sonya Mick and husband, Roger of Goldvein, VA and Brenda Neal of
Kiowa, KS; three sisters, Anna Carr of Alderson, WV, Donna Smith of Dixie, WV,
Peggy Holiday of Lewisberg, WV and brother, William Bostic of Chesapeake, VA;
seven grandchildren, Brittney Parsell, Mandy Gunter, Jonathan Bostic, Brooke
Thomas, Dean Bostic, Madison and Michael Neal; six great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 10 to 11am at
Moser Funeral Home and a service following at 11am. A graveside service
will be at Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Goldvein, VA. Guests may visit the
family at their home following the graveside service. Arrangements by
