Obituary

Jeanette Louise Fusile “Jeanette” (age 75) was peacefully called to heaven on September 9th, 2017. Jeanette was the long-time owner of Jeanette’s Bride-N-Boutique in Manassas, Va. and had retired from the business several years ago. Born in Juneau, Alaska, Jeanette is the daughter of Carmel C. (Scheid) Wald of Austin, Minnesota and Glendon W. Wald (both previously deceased). Raymond “Giles” Healy (deceased) and Chuck and Lois Moyer (who survive Jeanette) were also very special people in Jeanette’s life.

Jeanette is survived by her three loving children Jeffrey P. Fusile (married to Teresa A. Fusile) of Richmond Hill, Georgia, Jill I. Eckert of Bristow, Virginia and Dana L. Fusile Ryder (married to Raymond S. Ryder) of Sagamore Hills, Ohio and her eight (8) grandchildren Bianca Fusile, Sabrina Eckert, Regina Fusile, Drew Eckert, Joe Fusile, Alex Fusile, Wade Fusile and Mina Ryder. Jeanette is also survived by her loving sister Mary Ann Hanson (married to James Hanson) of Fremont, Nebraska.

Jeanette was passionate about caring for people from her time in nursing in Washington, DC, to her years in real estate in the Northern Virginia area, and ultimately to her more than 35 years of serving so many brides and grooms from her store “Jeanette’s Bridal” in Manassas, Virginia. A loving wife, mom, sister, daughter and grandmother, she will be missed for her quick wit, her compassion and her never ending desire to help those in need.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 271 Winchester Street, Warrenton, VA. on Friday September 15th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. The family requests that donations to your favorite charity be made in lieu of flowers.
