Obituary

Virginia "Ginny" Royal, 62 of Alexandria, VA died peacefully in her home at the age of 62.
She was the beloved wife of John Michael Royal and with him is survived by her two children, Susan Rhedmon and Thomas Rhedmon; her three sisters- Cynthia Daily, Kathleen Brooks, and her twin sister, Mary Conlon.
She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Bessie Conlon, and her brother, Michael Conlon.
She spent many years working for Good360, a non-profit organization devoted to fulfilling the needs of charities through corporate donations, where she most recently held the position of Director of Security.
Visitation will be at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria, VA on Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 6-8 PM where funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM at the Remington Cemetery, Remington, VA.
Memorial contributions may be made to Good360 (www.good.org) or the Carpenter's Shelter in Alexandria, VA (www.carpentershelter.org).
