William "Bill" Weber, 72, of Broad Run, passed away at home on Sunday, March 23, 2014.
He was born in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late William R. and Thelma M. Weber.
Bill was a radar and electronics specialist and retired from the FAA with over 35 years Goverment service. He was a member of the New Baltimore Volunteer Fire Department for many years and in 1991 was made a life member. He enjoyed trains of all types and was a active member of several train clubs, to include one in Europe. He enjoyed traveling to Switzerland to attend train club functions.
Bill is survived by his wife, Caroline "Cookie" Walker Weber of Little River, SC; two sons, William "Bill" Weber, Jr., his wife Ellen of Midland and Tim Weber of Woodstown, NJ; three grandchildren, Cassie Conlon of Reston, Va and Jonathon and Nicholas Weber of Woodstown, NJ; sisters, Judy Flemer of Nevis, MN and Diana Weber of Louisville, KY.
Donations may be made in Bill's name to the New Baltimore Volunteer Fire Company.
