Donald Lee Kidwell, 67, of Culpeper, VA died on January 2, 2010 at Fauquier Hospital. He was born on January 16, 1942 in Fairfax, VA the son of the late Robert W. and Ethel M. Makely Kidwell. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two brothers, James Makely and Thomas E. Kidwell.
Mr Kidwell was retired from Grocers Local 400 Union with 46 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 46 1/2 years, Rebecca E. Kidwell, children Ron L. Kidwell of Manassas Park,VA and Teresa L. Knupp of Remington, VA. sisters Betty Ashford, Manassas, VA and Sharon Dugan of Fairfax Station, VA. and brothers Charles Kidwell of Haymarket, VA and Larry Kidwell of Culpeper, VA also grandchildren Tara, Robby, Hillary, Tiffany and Shelly and great grandchildren Kiersten and Jordan.
The family will receive friends from 6-8PM on Monday, Jan. 4, 2010 at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA where services will be held at noon on Tuesday, Jan 5, 2010 with Hospice of the Rapidan Chaplain Denise Voigt officiating. Interment will be at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas, VA.
