Ellie White
Eleanor Faye “Ellie” White, 70, of Warrenton, died on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Fauquier Hospital. She was born in Washington, D.C. on June 25, 1939, a daughter of Lawrence and Mildred Jones. Mrs. White had worked for Fauquier County Public Schools for over 40 years and was the secretary at Fauquier High School for 35 years.
She was a member of Jeffersonton Baptist Church and lived for her family.
She was the devoted wife of 50 years to Randy White and mother of two sons, Darryl White of Morrisville and his wife, Kimberly White and Dwayne White of Lottsburg, VA. Mrs. White is survived by two sisters, Frances Dale Roberts of Silver Spring, MD and Arlene Coppage of Midland, and a brother, Lawrence Jones of Cape Coral, FL. She was the devoted grandmother of Jordan White, Rachel Bowen, Cassidy White, Dwayne White, Jr. and Tally White.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 26 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 27 at 11 AM at Jeffersonton Baptist Church, 18498 Springs Road, Jeffersonton, VA. Interment in the church cemetery.
