LCDR Thomas M. Welch USN(Ret.),56 of Warrenton, VA died on April 27, 2010 at Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA. Mr. Welch was born on April 19, 1954 in Endicott, NY the son of Maxwell and Marian Perl Welch. He had been working for Defense Information Systems in Arlington, VA as an Analyst.
He is survived by his wife, Jill Denise Welch, Son Nicholas Welch, Warrenton, VA, Daughter Mona Atkins, Florence, SC, Brother James Welch, Greensboro, NC, Grandchildren, William Wilson, McKenzie Atkins, Thomas Atkins, Lily Atkins and Rylie Atkins and several Nieces and Nephews.
Memorial Service for Mr. Welch will be held at 2PM Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA with Rabbi Jonathan Maltzman officiating.
