Elizabeth “Betty” Isbell Moser, 89 died on June 25, 2010 at Covenant Woods Retirement Community in Mechanicsville, VA where she had lived for several years. She was a longtime resident of Warrenton.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wallace W. Moser in1969 and then began working at the family business- Moser Funeral Home, Inc., retiring as president of the corporation in 1986.
She is survived by two daughters- Cynthia Moser, Gum Spring, VA and Betsy Morrison and husband John of Clinton, IA; grandson Will Morrison of San Francisco, CA; granddaughters- Susan Clements of Martinsburg, WV and Emily Morrison of Raleigh, NC; also a sister Margaret Mathews and husband Willie of Richmond, VA.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Interment in Warrenton Cemetery.
