Stephen Ryan Shipe, 20 of Midland, VA died on June 30, 2010 in Spotsylvania County, VA.
He was born on June 7, 1990 in Warrenton. Ryan was a graduate of Liberty High School where he enjoyed sports including playing golf for four years and baseball. Currently, he was a student at the Blue Ridge Community College in Harrisonburg, VA. Ryan was a member of the Warrenton Baptist Church and had participated in three “World Changers” mission trips.
He is survived by his parents, Stephen T. and Lori L. Shipe of Midland; brother Brandon T. Shipe of Midland; maternal grandparents, John and Wanda Love of Warrenton; paternal grandmother, Frances M. Shipe of Warrenton; his uncles and aunts; Thomas M. “Mac” Shipe of Midland, David W. and Debbie Love of Centreville, VA and Jennifer Shaheen of Warrenton.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM Friday at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton, VA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 3 at 2:30 PM at the Warrenton Baptist Church. Interment Bright View Cemetery.
