Susan “Susie” Carol Payne O’Loughlin, 45, of Midland, died at home on Monday, July 19, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Fauquier County on August 2, 1964 . Susie was a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University; she had worked at Oak Springs Care Center as an Administrator and at Marshall Manor. She was a loving wife and enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean. She is survived by her husband, Brian J. O’Loughlin, her mother and step-father, Betty and Sam Butler, of Midland, a sister, Robin Law of Deltaville and a step-brother, Michael Butler of Midland. Her father, Charles Frederick “Ted” Payne preceded her in death. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 23 from 6-9 PM at Moser Funeral Home. Fneral services will be held on Saturday, July 24 at 12:00 PM at Moser Funeral Home with interment to follow. Rev. Peyton Embrey will officiate.
